FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

- Office Check in – At time of arrival please stop at the Base Camp HQ to finalize your check in, pick up your camping info, receive your car passes & any extra info that you may need.
- Online Check in – Yes! We offer a No Contact, online check in. In Order to be allowed to check in online at your campsite please make sure that each individual has completed their own Release of liability form HERE. All Release forms must be completed prior to check in at the campground. Upon arrival once you are settled in at your site a Wildwood Staff member will deliver your Wildwood Camp Packet including your Car Pass and to your picnic table.
- Check in Time – 2:00pm
- Check Out Time – 11:00am
- Early Check In – Early check in and Late check out may be available upon request. Please contact the office at 715-337-2198 for more information.

- Speed Limit – The Campground speed limit is FIVE MILES PER HOUR…EVERYWHERE…ALL THE TIME!!!
- Washing of Vehicles – Washing of vehicles (boats, cars, RVs, etc.) is prohibited in the campground unless you are stay for a longer duration. Please check with the office so we can better assist you.
- Vehicles Included – RV Sites include 1-Camper and 1-Vehicle or if tent camping in a RV site 2-Vehicles.
- Walk in Tent Sites include 1-Vehicle.
- Extra Vehicles – Extra Vehicles are $5/Vehicle/Night.
- Car Pass – All Vehicles inside the campground must be registered and have a parking pass.

- Visitors – Your visitors are always welcome at Wildwood Campground. All visitors must register as a guest at the Office or General Store upon arrival.
- Guidelines – Registered guests are expected to abide by all Campground guidelines.
- Guest Fees –
– Daily Guests 8am-7pm FREE
– Late Night Guests 7pm-10pm $3/Guest.
– Overnight Guest $7/guest.

- Fire Rings – All sites have a fire ring on site. Fires are only allowed in fire rings. Fire rings are not to be moved.
- Firewood Pick-up – Firewood is available to be picked up at Camp Office up front at entrance.
- Firewood Delivery – We will happily have your firewood delivered to your site just let our General Store or Camp Office Staff know.
- Firewood Qnty – Firewood is Sold in Bundles, 1/2 Face Cords & Full Facecords.
- NO Firewood is allowed in from Outside the Campground – The Wisconsin DNR does not permit firewood to be brought into the campground. Firewood from outside the campground is prohibited and will result in a fee.
- Trees – Not cutting down trees or limbs or peeling of Bark is allowed at any time.
- Campfire – Fires can not be left unattended.

- Quiet Time – 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times.
- Minors – All children ages 0-17 must be at the guardians campsite by 10 P.M.
- Outside of Quiet Time – Outside of these times, please enjoy time at your site, but be respectful of other guests.

- Dumpsters/Dump Station – The Dumpsters and the Dumpstation are located near the exit onto Skinner Rd at the Sanitary Station shown on Campground map.
- Trash Disposal – Please dispose of your trash properly at the dumpsters in the Sanitary Station.
- Grill Charcoal – Please dispose of used charcoal in the fire ring at your campsite.
- Waste Water – Ground disposal of waste water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law.

- Reservations – Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended.
- Booking Your Site – You can book your reservations here online or by calling Wildwood Camp Office 715-337-2198
- Deposit – Deposit amounts for campsites vary depending on how you book. Credit card deposits are processed at the time the deposit is paid.
- Credit Cards/Cash/No Checks – We accept Discover,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cash. Sorry, no checks.
- Site Lock Fee – In order to maximize our available space, a one-time $15.00 site lock fee will be applied for any specific site requested.
- Confirmation Email – A confirmation will be emailed if an email address is provided.
- Open Line of Credit throughout your Stay… If a credit card is on file, you and/or your campers may charge things to your site and avoid carrying cash around during your stay. All charges to the credit card on file will be charged at time of purchase.

- Rates – Rates vary from $25/Night up to $70/Night depending on Site Choice, Season and Availability.
- Seasons – There are four seasons: Early, Peak, Holiday, and Late season.
- Early Season: May 1st to June 1st
- Peak Season: June 1st to August 31st
- Holidays: Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Laborday Weekend, Halloween Bash Weekend
- Late Season: Sept 1st to Closing

- Activities – Wildwood Offers over 20+ different activities/trips and rentals. Reservations are recommended, but not necessary.
- Meeting locations – Depending on your Activity,Trip or Rental choice will depend on your meeting location. Meeting location will be at the Campground or WOA Outfitters which is less than 1-mile from the campground.
- Shuttles – Some of our activities require a 1-way shuttle or 2-way shuttle depending on your activity choice. Private Shuttles are available for a Fee.
- Activity Coordinator – Our activity coordinators are happy to sit down with you and help plan or recommend some activities that will fit you and your group wonderfully so everyone can have a great time. They know the area very well so even if the activity is not at Wildwood we can still point you in the right direction!

- Speed Limit – The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH…please be respectful and watch for people, pets and wildlife.
- Pedestrians – Pedestrians always have the right-of-way.
- After Dark – In order to ensure your safety after dark, please carry a flashlight with you.
- Bikes – No bike riding after dark unless you have a safety light attached and on.
- Weather – Keep an eye on the weather for your stay so you can properly prepare yourself with the proper gear.
- Campfire – Fires can not be left unattended.
